This episode features Alexa Michna of Alexa Buys Houses. Alexa got started in Real Estate not too long ago, but has been incredibly effective building her portfolio. Actually, I haven’t met anyone that has moved as quickly as she’s been able to!
She leveraged a variety of financing strategies as she got her business up and running. The one that I was interested in for this episode, however, was her experience with Subject-To deals. It’s an area that comes up often as new investors begin getting their feet wet in studying creative financing. At the same time, it’s probably one of the most misunderstood.
Alexa does an awesome job of breaking down some of the common barriers to understanding and implementing this great opportunity for folks to step into a deal with, most of the time, very little money down. I soaked up every word of our interview as she shared her experience and insights into how others can also find success with this approach.
