In today’s episode we dig into a recent deal that my wife and I just closed on. Our first house hack.

I keep pretty in line with the feel of the show and keep things super informal. This is literally just me kind of recalling the entire process into the microphone haha. I walk through some of the key pieces of the deal, what we did wrong, what went right, and what we learned to do differently next time.

This is the first deal that my wife and I have ever done so there was a lot that we did hanging on by our fingernails. But hopefully I’m able to pull some insights from the whirlwind and share something that you can relate to.
