For a while he dabbled in rehab projects, but after serving in the military for several years he began looking into flipping land. After 2 incredibly interesting deals, he was hooked! Ever since then he’s been building his business focused on finding and flipping land, primarily in CO. He’s got a ton of great perspective to share with you guys about an area of Real Estate that is so often overlooked.
