In today’s episode I talk with Greg Bond of Renovation 320.

Greg is an extremely seasoned investor, agent and broker. He and his wife started in SFR, and steadily carved their path towards financial freedom through Real Estate in a variety of capacities.

Greg is a long way from those days of fixing and flipping SFR! He and his team just recently broke ground on a Retirement Facility with 100’s of units in a rural part of Central Florida. They have tried their hand at a similar project before, but they are coming into this one with a lot of learnings and many of the details provide new challenges.

I go in-depth with Greg to understand how an investor gets started in an area of Real Estate that is so uncommon and even unknown by many! You’ll here him describe his journey in detail…the victories and the setbacks. He did an awesome job of making the strategies he used feel approachable and achievable.
