I interviewed Todd back in Episode 07 about investing in Notes. He did an awesome job and as we continued to stay in touch, he had another topic that I knew listeners of the show could learn a lot from…so I asked him to come back on!
In this episode Todd breaks down 3 separate cases in which he partnered with someone on a Real Estate deal. 1 of them goes extremely well, and 2 of them go really, really bad! But…in every case Todd learns some valuable lessons. He’s done a great job of distilling those lessons down into actionable insights for others to benefit from.
There are many ways to partner with others in Real Estate…and there are so many ways it can be done in a way that’s so beneficial to all parties involved. But it’s just so important that you do the due diligence necessary to protect yourself from a situation that goes in the other direction.
