It took all of 30 seconds for me to catch the passion in Tyler’s words. He’s motivated, informed, and hungry to grow. But more than that, Tyler is focused. He understands his business and knows where it’s headed. In my experience, that’s unfortunately the exception, not the rule.
What Tyler’s focus has allowed him to do is build a Wholesaling business that can run largely on its own as he works on another company he started, REISift. The business may be running smoothly today, but it wasn’t always that way. Tyler, like any of us, had to try, learn, and adjust as he got the wheels turning and the right elements in place.
One element that is the lifeblood of any Wholesaling business is, of course, marketing. Tyler and his team are constantly adjusting to new trends, ways that sellers are responding, and patterns in the market. And all along the way Tyler has taken a very analytical approach to understanding what’s working and what isn’t. As a result he has an extremely informed perspective on where they’ve found success, and why. Take notes, people…there is plenty here to sink your teeth into.
